Law Enforcement County-wide surveillance is provided by the Daviess County Sheriff's Department which has one sheriff, eight deputies and nine radio-equipped patrol cars. Four troopers of the Indiana State Police are assigned to the area as well. The City of Washington's Police Department has one chief, fourteen officers and six radio-equipped cars. The Town of Odon has one marshall and one deputy. Montgomery has one marshall and Plainville & Elnora are both serviced by the Daviess County Sheriff's Department. |
